I represent a client who passed on almost ten years ago, before my client's death there was a lodgment in an offshore account amounting to one million pounds.My client had no next of kin or children and the deposit was confidential between us.It is almost ten years now, and if not claimed the bank will claim it for themselves as unclaimed funds.
