Attention: Rightful Beneficiary,

This is to bring to your notice that this morning the governor of my bank his excellency (Prof. Lamido Sanusi) told me to approved your fund with immediate effect following the instruction from the world bank to pay off all beneficiaries there fund which were due for payment immediately. After much meeting we decided to pay you your fund through the means of automatic transfer machine (A.T.M) with the total amount approved of nine hundered thousand (900,000,00 US.D). I want you to know that I have made all arrangement with the United Parcel Service (UPS) to dispatch your ATM card in parcel to you without futher delay the Ups manager told me that since it involves money to dispatch to another country that they are going to use an air mail agent for privacy who is going to deliver your parcel (ATM card) in person to your home address within 24hrs.

The manager therefore told me that I must pay for the delivery fee of the parcel amount $285.00 because of its content in it and that the security fee of $110.00 will be paid by the reciever which is you before the delivery of your parcel can take place, I futher went on and disagree with them that they should deliver your parcel with my payment for the delivery and send the tracking numbers to you for you to track it yourself that that is the way it ought to but after some discusion with resonable reasons he informed me that some internet fradsters do hijack the tracking number of customers and since this delivery involves money that they wont want any thing to happen to you parcel.

Therefore that the security fee will also prevent you at his arrival in the state at the JOHN F KENNEDY AIRPOT NEW YORK that without the fee $110.00 paid he will not proceed any action towards the delivery of your parcel so I want you to do your best and send to him the fee of $110.00 so that he can start the proceed of your parcel the total amount of money in the parcel is $900.000.00 that was approved by the central bank of Nigeria that belongs to your late Engineer Raymond Ziegler your late cousin who was and oil expatriate in the Nigeria Shell and Oil company. So he said you should send the fee via western union money transfer with his account officer to whom he will verify fee from and please make sure that the $110.00 is the only fee you are to pay any fee you pay to them you are on your own.

Below his the account officer information given to me by him ( Mr. Micheal Adewale).
