Thanks for your mail reply.

Yes, only specialised European Manufactures are printing these Notes and they have very special Security markers, this is done by the National Central Bank (NCB) which is the issuing authorities of euro banknotes, which is in charged to maintain public trust in the common currency. This is inter alia done by safeguarding the integrity and preservation of the euro banknotes in circulation, not only on Europe .

Remember that Burkina Faso is a francophone country, automatically has Euro in circulation, and the NCB has an office here in Burkina Faso that controls all Euro bank notes in West Africa, collect dirty, soiled/unfit Euro notes, check the authenticity and mint/print new ones.

Yes, I am 100% sure of this project and it is risk free, please if you do not ask questions, I will assume you have understand the project nature and process very well, remember what I need from you, we are trying to place your company name among the NCB hammer bidders, remember hammer bidders are financial institution/ cash handlers, they bring dirty,soild/unfit euro bank notes, after checking the authenticity of the unfit/soiled euro notes, will forward it for destruction and another Euro bank notes minted/printed and deposited into the bidders nominated bank account, but as I told you earlier that you are not going to instruct the NCB to transfer directly into your overseas nominated bank account, I advice you that we have to open a numeric bank account with the coris bank here in Burkina Faso with your company name as the beneficiary to the account. the idea is that immediately the NCB mint the new currency and deposit it in your coris numeric bank account, immediately coris confirms receipt of your fund from the NCB, since the numeric account was open with your company name, this will guarantee transfer into your overseas nominated bank account any time you issue the other to the coris bank international, we will not have any hitch transferring the fund to any overseas account.

Since you will not be presenting any soiled/dirty Euro bank notes, it is my duty to make the man over at the NCB and prove that your soiled Euro notes was received, authenticity checked certified and have been destroyed., this was why I want your company to be already registered with the NCB, so that I can struck any time the Governor is not on seat.

Now, it is to incorporate your company with the chamber of commerce and industries, so that your company will have a legal structure in Burkina Faso, by so doing, it can now registered with the NCB and the certificate of incorporation that the chamber of commerce is going to issue, will be used to open a numeric account with the coris bank, all this is to be coordinated by an NCB lawyer on your behalf. Immediately you are set, I will have to forward you a contact of a reputable law chamber that NCB approve for placing hammer bids, it is not all lawyers that are permitted, it is not a small project, additional buyers fee of 15% on the total bidding placed are normally charged, as I told you earlier that hammer bidders are normally finical institutions and other fund centers, the only difficult thing there is the additional buyers fee which is to be paid along side with placing the bid, if we can regulate that point, I will do the rest by myself at the office, I am 100% sure of approving the bid that comes under your company name, that is my job, you can count on me 100% on that, as I said, if the additional buyers fee of 15% is available, the rest is guaranteed.

So I wait to hear from you as soon as possible.

Thanks

Donald
